Information concerning the systematic and escalating violations that Israel, as the occupying power, is committing against Palestinian peasants and rural workers in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. The allegations take place in the context of Israel’s obligations under the IV Geneva Convention, article 49 and Hague Regulations, articles 46, 52 and 55, and the Advisory Opinion rendered by the International Court of Justice on 19 July 2024, which ordered Israel to withdraw the occupation, dismantle the colonies and end henceforth the exploitation of Palestinian natural resources.
