Información recibida en relación con graves denuncias de violaciones de los derechos humanos cometidas contra una comunidad agrícola en el cantón de Durán, provincia de Guayas, Ecuador. Según se informa, estas violaciones son el resultado de acciones y omisiones por parte de las autoridades estatales y de las empresas Industria Alimenticia de Sud América (Indalsud) S.A. y Trupeca S.A.S., que presuntamente han negado los derechos de posesión y propiedad de la tierra que la comunidad tiene desde hace mucho tiempo.
