El Sr. Pacheco es Viceministro de Desarrollo Sostenible del Ministerio de Energía y Minas y el Sr. Chaclán era conductor en dicho Ministerio.

Concerns over the draft Act on Associations and Foundations for Public Consultation published on 6 November 2024 (the “Draft Law”). We consider that, if implemented as currently drafted, the proposed Draft Law would impose onerous requirements and restrictions on non-profit organisations that are inconsistent with international law, including the right to freedom of association, freedom to participate in public affairs and freedom of expression.
