Information received concerning the lack of accountability and protection measures for the online intimidation and harassment against two women human rights defenders, Ms. Angkhana Neelapaijit and Ms. Anchana Heemmina, despite the Bangkok Civil Court ruling on 16 February 2023, which recognized that they were affected by an online smear campaign, and that their work as women human rights defenders warrants State protection as per international human rights law and standards.

Information received concerning violations against indigenous Papuans in the provinces of Papua, West Papua, Central Papua, and Mountains Papua. According to these allegations several extra-judicial killings, including of three children took place in the town of Wamena, Jayawijaya Regency, Papua Pegunungan Province (Mountains Papua Province) on 23 February 2023; the allegations refer to the practice of arbitrary detention and excessive use of force, including lethal force, by security forces resulting in serious injuries to Indigenous Papuans protesters and human rights activists in the context of civil unrest and armed rebellion between May 2022 and July 2023.
