Allegations of harassment of members of the West Papua National Committee (KNPB) in the exercise of their right to freedom of peaceful assembly in two separate events. According to the information received, on 1 May 2012, Mr. Theorelli Karoba was shot dead in front of the military base Koramil in Abepura after attending a peaceful demonstration organized by the KNPB.
