Information received concerning the transfer of arms and ammunition by your company to Israel, which is likely to have enabled deliberate, disproportionate or indiscriminate attacks in Gaza by the Israeli military, which has resulted in extraordinary loss of life and serious injury, the widespread destruction and damage of homes, the destruction of vital food and water infrastructure, health, education, and justice facilities, and other catastrophic impacts human rights violations. Such actions may amount to serious violations of international human rights, international humanitarian law and international criminal law. The information received suggests that your company has continued transferring weapons without any clear evidence of adequate heightened human rights due diligence to avoid fueling violence and human rights violations. Your company would become an accomplice of such violations, as they are knowingly providing assistance to Israel for actions amounting to serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law and making profit out of such assistance.
