Information received concerning the Executive Order on Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government (Executive Order 14168) and the Executive Order on Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports (Executive Order 14201); the Executive Order on Reevaluating and Realigning United States Foreign Aid (Executive Order 14169); and subsequent actions by federal agencies or executive authorities that may adversely impact the rights of women and girls. The Executive Orders 14168 and 14201 have been subject to a previous communication led by Special Procedure mandate holders (OL USA 9/2025). The Executive Order 14169 has been subject to a previous communication (OL USA 5/2025). We regret not receiving replies to these letters. The assessment of these and additional measures is far-reaching and cross-sector in scope. We reiterate the concerns raised previously and elaborate on the implications of these measures for LBTQI+ women.
