 Information received concerning the publication of a “Q&A on Responses to Child Abuse Related to Religious Beliefs, etc.” which has led to a reported subsequent increase in hate crimes and hate speech against Jehovah’s Witnesses and other religious or belief minorities. Notwithstanding the critical importance of protection against child abuse, we would like to raise a number of concerns in this connection.
