 Observations concerning the new Law on Promoting Ethnic Unity and Progress (Law) , which was adopted on 12 March 2026 and will come into force on 1 July 2026. We share our observations and comments on the Law with a view to engaging constructively with your Excellency’s Government to ensure that the effective implementation of this legislation is in line with international human rights standards.
